A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation and hold your date. Once paid, deposits are non-refundable — this deposit secures our single vehicle exclusively for your party on that date, which means we turn away other potential bookings for that day.
Puerto Rico's rainforest and coastal areas can experience sudden weather changes. If weather affects a specific stop or activity (for example, river conditions at a swimming spot), your tour proceeds as scheduled with an equally enjoyable alternative substituted for that portion. The full balance applies in this case, as your private vehicle, driver, and the majority of your itinerary remain unaffected.
In the rare case that severe weather (such as a tropical storm warning or conditions that make travel genuinely unsafe) makes your tour impossible to complete, we will reschedule your reservation to another available date at no additional cost. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation for reasons other than severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Deposits remain non-refundable in this case, but we will do our best to accommodate a date change when possible.
Pasito a Pasito Tours is a licensed private transportation and tour operator based in Puerto Rico, holding an LTS license issued by the Negociado de Transporte y Otros Servicios Públicos (PSC). All tours and transfers are private — your party is never combined with other travelers.
Reservations are coordinated via WhatsApp and are confirmed once any required deposit is received. Because we operate a single vehicle, availability is limited and dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit is paid.
Many of our tours involve outdoor activities, natural swimming areas, hiking trails, and travel through Puerto Rico's rainforest and coastal regions. These environments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, water conditions, and weather changes. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Pasito a Pasito Tours, its driver, and its operators are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from voluntary participation in these activities, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour or transfer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
When you contact us to book a tour or transfer, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, phone number, pickup location, and any details relevant to your reservation. This is typically shared through WhatsApp and is used solely to coordinate and fulfill your booking.
Our website uses Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site (such as which pages are viewed and general navigation patterns) and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may use cookies and collect anonymized or pseudonymized browsing data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments made via credit or debit card are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card information on our own systems. Payments made via Zelle, ATH Móvil, or cash are handled directly between you and Pasito a Pasito Tours and are not processed through any third-party payment platform.
